We want you to be genuinely happy with your Boldwer piece. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work.

Your statutory right to cancel

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, simply notify us by email within that window. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Our extended policy — 30 days to exchange

Beyond the statutory minimum, Boldwer offers 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund, for any reason. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Lifetime guarantee against tarnishing

Every Boldwer piece is covered by a lifetime guarantee against tarnishing, discolouration, or manufacturing defects. If your piece is affected at any point after purchase — including after the 30-day window — contact us and we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to request a return or exchange

1. Email us with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item.
2. We will confirm your return or exchange within 48 hours.
3. For standard returns, post the item back to the address we provide; for defects covered under the lifetime guarantee, we will typically dispatch your replacement before requiring the original back.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund.

Non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, and any personalised or made-to-order items, cannot be returned unless faulty.
