When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

Our returns process, including your statutory cancellation rights as a UK consumer, is set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Boldwer name, logo, product photography, and written content — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
