Shipping policy

This policy covers how we process, ship and deliver your order to the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

Shipping options

• Standard Shipping — Free, estimated 10–20 business days.
• Priority Shipping — £9.90, estimated 5–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. They are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can occur, particularly around peak periods or due to customs processing.

Customs and import charges (United Kingdom)

For orders with a value at or below £135, applicable UK VAT is calculated and included at checkout, in line with HMRC's rules for low-value imported goods, so there should be no additional charge on delivery. For orders above this threshold, import VAT and/or duty may be collected by the courier prior to delivery.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, please allow a few extra days before contacting us, as international tracking can occasionally lag behind the parcel's actual progress.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
